I have vertigo so I can't take the stimulants the in most weight loss supplements. I wanted to see if the caffeine free hydroxycut will speed up my metabolism or is it just an appetite suppressant?
I was in great shape before the vertigo hit me about 5 years ago, and with my limited mobility in the beginning and the medication I take now (a downer) I have added about 50lbs. Now I have the daunting task of trying to take it off. I have been doing cardio daily for a couple weeks, but I need some supplement assistance.
