I've got my name in the hat too for this. I don't expect to achieve that muscularity (which isn't a lot) but I plan on getting similar condition. Last minute date changes for the win.

Yeah, if whateva comes in even close to that I think its a wrap. I personally would have to have at least 20 more pounds to have similar proportions with my height I suppose.

Thanks. Condition isn't everything. I've done some full body pics the last couple days though and my height and lack of muscle really makes me thin out. Any pose where I have to expand (front double-bi, front-lat) the lack of muscle becomes obvious. The shape is there just need more pounds on my frame. That and what I see in the mirror and what I see on the camera seem to be two different physiques. If anything its a wake up call I need more size before I get serious about live contests.

buy a muscular development, they have the best photos, find pictures of physiques that you like the best, then stand in front of a mirror and hit the poses in the exact same way as the guy in the picture is doing. this will help you get a much better idea of what you REALLY look like.

buy a muscular development, they have the best photos, find pictures of physiques that you like the best, then stand in front of a mirror and hit the poses in the exact same way as the guy in the picture is doing. this will help you get a much better idea of what you REALLY look like.
Been reading MD/Flex since I was 17 (24 now). I do the poses and all that...its just when it comes to the camera and what I see in the mirror it looks completely different. I pray I'm just in bad lighting/angles but I fear its not the case.

Wasn't me that said that. ;D And yea, the lighting is obviously bad (along with the alabaster skin).

Thanks. 5'10 and 175. I have space to fill out (lot). Diet? I eat relatively clean year round. So no real time-line for the diet. Basically I make sure to get at least 200g of protein a day and a lot of the time (not ALL the time) I will get only 50-100g of carb a day. No cardio....except right now though since I am trying to scramble to get in condition for GB3. Fat intake is low except when I splurge (at least twice a week). I eat a lot of beef jerky (since it is easy on the go) and baked chicken. I only have one liquid protein meal a day which is right after training. I try to maintain that condition year round or very close to it. At least within 3-4 days of water/carb dropping of it. I don't compete, I just like being cut.

The BDSM chicks make it ALLLL worth it. I need to get the right one re-pierced.
