Gotta get my ass home and get back to work as I have legs tonight at @armbrustprogym. He's not losing the next couple of years to any of the current competitors, I think.
However, Phil might show up for an Olympia with water in his body... then he might lose.

The Olympia isn't a personality contest. As long as Phil continues to bring his best to that stage & looks better than the others guys; how he acts & whatever he post on his social media sites is irrelevant.

That's the problem with most high lat syndrome guys, they look decent/good in a rear lat spread, but from the front it's a different story..

Phil Heath is just a respectable man who cares about his appearance.
He could very well go all the way and win his ninth Sandow in 2019, putting himself down in history as the greatest of all time. Better than Ronnie and Haney.

what I care about is bodybuilding and I personally believe he is the best balanced bodybuilder at the moment.
I will give him credit for been narrow (I think the narrow comment is over rated) and still hang out with wider competitors with crisp condition.
the next few shows will be promising and challenging with all the newcomers.
