Im 39 and just started HRT of 400 mg test cyp biweekly--my test was just under 300-Im in good shape and also do grappling/boxing-Im around 205 and 5 10 and prob anywhere between 12 and 15% BF-Im gonna start Anavar cycle in a few weeks-I want to be around 200 and cut bf down and basically get cut for the summer and maybe a little muscle added in some areas-any tips on diet cardio etc?-thx
