Franco's chest there looks like it was sliced to pieces by a knife! He has one of the best chests ever, no question. Strydom is looking huge as always!
My pic would be the 'squatting' most muscular pic of Coleman from '99 Olympia. His detail and muscularity is sick!

that's not 600lbs squat.In The gym that used to train as a teenager there was a team of olympic weightlifters who were training with the same weights as the one on the pic. 25, 35, 45 lbs discs are all the same size and tehy are covered with thick rubber so the the heavy bar bounces off the ground when they drop it. Thats why the weights in the photo are different colors - because they are not the same weight.

there is no 25 kg. It's 20kg ( approx. 45 lbs), 15kg(approx35lbs), 10kg(approx, 25lbs). There are 45kgs(approx 100lbs) too.

If they are Eleiko then those weights are correct. All the other ones I've seen have used the same color/weight as well. I'm in Europe.

I agree with this color coding. In competition, those colors & weights were always correct.I used to hate those F-ing green 50kg plates. Those thing felt totally dead on the bar and always felt heavy. ;)

thanks bro, i watched a lot of olympic weightlifting lifting, and trained in those style gyms.
tommywishbone, the green fuckers are always a killer to get on the cybex legpress, esp when theres no plates left, and they on the other side of the gym, i used to roll the fuckers haha.
