I went from 17% to 8% in 12 weeks with a low carb diet, weightlifting, light cardio and gear.
No need for the keto gimmick just gradually drop your carbs and calories and proportionally increase your drugs and cardio.

Exactly, the only idiots who think that something like high fat/low carb can work longtime are people on gear.

The reason these idiots don't lose weight on a Keto diet is because they've bought in to the absurd idea that calories don't matter. So, they just replace the carbs they were eating with fat and as a result never get into a caloric deficit.

The average American is eating ~3700 calories. Am I to believe, at this level, these people aren't getting enough fat?

I do agree that calories do count, my diet has been hi fat mod protein for a month now and i did tighten up ALOT while not counting cals and definitely going above maintenence. While i am not sure this is FAT loss, i do think anabolic lifestyle/diet makes sense. Im gonna give it another 8 weeks but this time do HIIT with maintence cals around 3000 and see what happens

Keto is an effective diet for short term weight loss. Protein intake is kept high which means minimal muscle loss during diet. Only problem with keto is you can't train too heavy because injury risk is higher without glycogen in the muscle. I don't go total keto I keep higher carbs on lifting days. two meals before workout will be higher in carbs. Rest no carbs.

Adonis diet is nonsense because he ignores his protein intake is lacking due to filling his 2000cals with carbs and fats. He says protein intake for natty lifter is low, like 120 grams which is ofcourse total fucking bullshit.
