I went from 17% to 8% in 12 weeks with a low carb diet, weightlifting, light cardio and gear. No need for the keto gimmick just gradually drop your carbs and calories and proportionally increase your drugs and cardio.
Exactly, the only idiots who think that something like high fat/low carb can work longtime are people on gear.
He turns sideways and disappears. He has to run around in the shower just to get wet. Lol
The reason these idiots don't lose weight on a Keto diet is because they've bought in to the absurd idea that calories don't matter. So, they just replace the carbs they were eating with fat and as a result never get into a caloric deficit. The average American is eating ~3700 calories. Am I to believe, at this level, these people aren't getting enough fat?
The anabolic diet was used by alot of bbrs to look good without drugs
Keto is an effective diet for short term weight loss. Protein intake is kept high which means minimal muscle loss during diet. Only problem with keto is you can't train too heavy because injury risk is higher without glycogen in the muscle. I don't go total keto I keep higher carbs on lifting days. two meals before workout will be higher in carbs. Rest no carbs.Adonis diet is nonsense because he ignores his protein intake is lacking due to filling his 2000cals with carbs and fats. He says protein intake for natty lifter is low, like 120 grams which is ofcourse total fucking bullshit.
Real low carb means fats are kept hi, mod protein, low carb. Hi protein and hi fat is a no no
8 weeks on Keto ..before and after It wasn't a drop from 20% to 8% but good transformation.
you did a good job retaining as much muscle possible, going in lean already helped,,and it aso shows even though you look good and lean before the contest stage 'look'is 100 pct different..great job ..
