Every meal the same amount of calories? Less carbs after 6 PM? More protein around training or zig-zag it? Other thoughts?

Here's mine. At this moment I eat around 3600 kcal's (33% protein, fat & carbs). My goal is to increase mass while keeping my BF% around 10%. I've reached the 2th goal but not the first one :(

meal protein fat carbs

1     17%   0%   33%
2     17%   33%   0%
3     17%   0%   33%
4     17%   33%   0%
5     17%   0%   33%
6     17%   33%   0%

I am usually hungry every 2 1/2 - 3 hours

I don't pay attention to overall calories or protein carb and fat numbers.

As long i don't eat too many calories in one sitting, then i pretty much eat what i want

Its worked ok so far.

I probably dont get over 100 grams protein a day

Only 100 grams? I guess you're rather an easy- than a hardgainer like me

A year ago i was having around 150 grams whey a day.
I dropped all the protein powder and focused on getting in more overall calories,

Best decision i ever made.
