CLA 1000 mg- 4 day
Multi Minerals- 2 day
Omega 3, 6, 9 combo- 3 day
Octacosanol 20mg- 1 day
5- HTP 50 mg- 2 day
Milk Thistle 1000 mg- 2 day
L- Glutamine powder- 15 grams day
Whey pro- 3 servings day
NO powder ( No-xplode or an =) 2 scoops
L-arginine alph ketogluterate 6 grams a day

For god sakes man it's a wonder you don't rattle when you walk. You don't need all that shit - a good multivitamin/mineral formula and protein powder is all you need. A bit of creatine too if you must but it's not essential.

Just stick with a good source of protein and maybe The No-Xplode or some shit. Eating right would be better than taking all that junk

My supplement routine varies, depending on what kind of training I'm doing and how my money situation is, but the biggest stack I ever took at once was:

Man that was fun. between that, the workouts and eating 8 times a day I put on a lot of weight. No more middleweights for me ;D

Actually I am 5'9" and weighed 193 this morning, nothing big. My BF% was 10.4% when i at my biggest off season weight at 201. I feel better at 190. I keep my waist at 31" year round :)
Attached is from my first show overdieted. Weighed 156 in the pic. I got in Flex and Muscle & Fitness as well, used to be a butterball. I am about 40 lbs heavier now than this pic, It was take 36 hours before my first show in 04 DEPLETED :)

I don't just rely on Supps I eat 3000- 3500 cals a day and do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, lift about 1 hr 45 min 4 days a week. Mostly Supersets HIGH intensity, no talking...I am dedicated to this sport my day starts at 4:30 AM I like lifting in the mornings.

Scivation Xtend, AST VP2, Scivation Anagen, Scivation Fenotest, and a Multi Vitamin/Multi-Mineral.

120 mg. CoQ10
1,000 mg. Ester C
4 Multi Digestive Enzyme Tabs
ZMA at night
4,000 mcg. biotin for hair and nails (and it does work, btw)
ALA/DMAE/C-Ester Combo
3,000 mg. fish oil (900 total of DHA and EPA)
4 grams of CLA
2 Multi Mineral Tabs
10-15 grams of glutamine
5 grams of creatine
6 grams of arginine
100-120 grams of protein from whey
3 grams of BCAA's
That's all I can think of right now. Timing plays a key role in supplements. If I had to only take 3 or 4 things and drop the rest I would use the whey, the digestive enzymes (you can tell a huge difference when you don't take them when you're eating 6-7 times a day and ingesting 250 grams of protein a day) and the fish oil.

Good transformation akers. No size to boast of but hey if you're happy with what you got then screw the haters, right? Although I gotta say that is an awful lot of shit you're taking looks like you might have a slight paranoia issue, I only take one pack of vitamins a day.

I take a multi vitamin, amnivol, and 1 glass of cell tech during my work outs. I take "On" protein shakes, try to average 3 a day. That's it. It's all I need. And I think "I" take alot of crap!

Thank you, I showed my wife that huge list of stuff your taking and she actually doesn't think I'm a wingnut anymore...dude that list is HUGE...why so many supplements...do you really feel that is how you made such a transformation that you have. Did it not occur to you that maybe the diet change, amount of cardio and the amount of times you hit the gym, might actually be the reason you made such a huge change in the way you look?...Just a thought ::)
