All while this fitness slut was getting pictures taken of her over by the DB rack where they hold the 120's..so I told the bitch to wait and got the 120's did my set, then rolled them over to her  ;D

35 on the bike
35 on the treadmill
fast pace to keep heart rate up, nothing spectacular

a.m. hit the bag and did stepper for 20 mins, 1 min each alternating

Shoulders
1 arm lateral raises 4 sets
standing military  3 sets
cable laterals   4 sets
reverse pec deck  3 sets

shrugs 5 heavy sets
i then do a high cable row which works the traps--I like it a lot

30 mins on treadmill 4.0 mph on incline
