there's a way to be deferential to another man.   Give him eye contact briefly, then move your focus to whatever task is relevant.   Return eye contact a few times a binute, always briefly.

I can't stand the dudes that feel the need to stare you in the eyes for 90 seconds  straight as they're talking about what's on their mind.  Bro, blink or something.  You're freaking me the fck out.
