For the South American contingent I'd favor Uruguay (lots of firepower and a 4th place finish in 2010) with Chile as a dark-horse.  Brazil doesn't need to win it...they're insufferable now about the 5 they've already won.

used to play Fifa Soccer on Sega 20yrs ago... I'd always choose Qatar as my opponent because they were the worst team and an easy win.
