What do you beast think about Subway sandwiches (the chain store). I used to think they sucked ass, but after one set up shop I started going there once a week. Now that it burned down I'm totally jonsing for a GIANT LETTUCE FILLED SPICY ITALIAN COMBO WITH PEPPERS AND DRESSING AND VINEGAR AND OLIVE OIL ONE FOOT BAD-BOY!!!

I used to eat at Subway a lot about ten years ago. But in the past few years I notice they've gotten a lot more greedy with putting meet and cheese on. Now you have to pay extra just to get what you used to get for free.

I ate there once, the sub I got had about 1 ounce of turkey and 5 ounces of lettuce, it was ridiculous.
Subway is a joke, I can't believe it's as successful as it is.

I prefer Jersey Giant ... at least that's what we got here in Michigan. WAYYY more Meat and Cheese on the Sub than what Subway would give you ! In short, Subway's just a little too skimpy for me. :-\

The best sandwich in the history of earth is the double meat sweet onion chicken teriyaki on italian herbs and cheese with american cheese, lettuce, jalapenos, american cheese, mayonaisse, honey mustard, sweet onion sauce, and slat and pepper. You gotta tell them to pile on the sauces and vegetables! IT's just legendary and i'd suggest everyone try it ;D

yep the Italian sandwiches are always awesome there, they could use more meat but they taste awesome.

never been in one of them shops although they're everywhere. they dont have Brie, blueberries or raspberries

I made that company what it is today...Years ago I was iat one down on wall street, the food was good, but the bread was horrible, it was like styrofoam. I told the guy behind the counter if they would just use decent bread they would be huge. Sure enough not to long after they started offering good bread. And their business is booming.

That's what keeps them moist and adds weight to the meat. You may think you're getting 4oz. or roast beef, when your only getting 2. The rest is sodium and water. Any bodybuilders worth his own already knows the answer to this question. It's cheat food.

Thank heavens for that opinion.
IMO - as one of my 6 meals a day - it's a good bunch of calories & a decent amount of protein.
Im fucked if I'm going to home prep another of the days meals just because it's 'processed' meat.
Personally, I don't care if it's all lips & assholes - flesh is flesh. Or are we saying there's no meat in this meat ?

Been there once... ate a cold "delicious" Sub-sandwich... left... never came back.
Maybe Sub(human)way tastes different in the US, here in Austria it's less than stellar and too expensive.
Burger King is ok... but a whopper cost 5$+ :o

I was dieting for a show ,I drove to Chicago and stopped at every subway ,and ordered just chicken breast to go (no bread or nothing),they all charged me different amounts ,(from 1 dollar to 3 dollars a piece),until I got to this place and this kid told me ,that he couldn't sale me just the chiken breast ,he said ,you have to buy the whole sandwich ,so I said fine ,charge me for the whole sandwich and keep the bread and just give me the chicken , he said I can't ,at the end of the day ,my boss count the pieces of bread and chicken left ,they have to be equal . ::)WTF ,so finally ,I ordered a footlong ,w/everything , I took the chicken breast out of it ,left the bread on the counter and left ,
kid's face priceless.

after you put the dry chicken in your mouth, you should've told the kid to load up your sub with extra mustard, extra mayo and extra bbq sauce, and then you should've ripped off your shirt and whipped the whole fucking sandwich against the store's wall and then hit a most muscular pose in the kid's face. that would've taught the kid a lesson.
