Is it ok to laugh openly at this affliction or is it frowned upon?
-

LOL, i would think so, since most people hear bash, hate, mock and talk trash about bodybuilders as much as they can.

What a bunch of pussies. Geez man, I had 16 inch arms at 16 years old. This is pathetic.
-
Remove all the brothas and it would be two inches smaller.

It's data is probably old and flawed though, I remember the same measurements being thrown around in the 50's - 70's for chest and arm size.

average time to run a mile is 12 min :o :o :o
too bad there's no info on the average bench

LOL, pathetic! What's even worse is that it's a chubby 12.6" arm to boot!
I've always heard the average bench was 145 for a single. I had a couple guys I play Basketball with (who don't workout) want to bench with me one day and neither could do it. Pitiful!

It's there, under "Size Yourself Up"-
#168 20 something year old male - 180 1rm. Every decade after that, weight increases 5-10lbs, bench drops 15- 20lbs.
The info is dated though, the average American male is now 5' 9" #195, with a 39 inch waist according to the CDC. :-[.

Kind of the opposite of getbig where every one has 20" arms and a 12.6" cock. We are the genetic elite.
-
This study should make everyone who trains smile. Considering our forearms are bigger than the average american males arms flexed. Can't believe the average amount of pull ups is one.
