working out the diet plan now, it's basically gonna be lots of tuna, some chicken wings on the grill and cheese for breakkie

don't know if I should start with 150 or 200 grams

oh and as far as losing fat goes diet pwns the living shit out of ttraining

I was sub-5 back in nov/dec and since then I've gained about 20 pounds and my back Iis much broader but most this 20 was probably fat and water, although I did get some very good back strength gains  :'(

got the diet set, it's 185 grams of protein and around 2700 cals

I'm also on a quest to figure out the best bf for me to stay at

sub-5 is too damp lean, but 16-18% is too damp fat lol

its probably gonna be somewhere around 6-8%

You don't lift for thighs or calves?  I hope you run or bike at least. I feel I'm around 10lbs from being the best I can be at my age but in order to do that I would have to stop drinking beer.  Everything has a price and a value. Being extremely lean doesn't have a value to me if I'm pool side and I can't have a few beers.

I am a natural endomorph, size and strength came easy but getting lean was a bitch

Want to get back to regular training and maybe get my lats along with everything else back up
