his stomach was bigger, he lost all of his detail from the back and his quad seperation, thats not from squats, thats from insulin.

moe needs to lay off it and he'll  be better for it

At least spell his name correctly.

Moe looked pretty bad, but also much bigger. He should stop playing the mass game asap and focus more on conditioning because I don't think his frame can pack on any more size.

Moe, don't pay any attention to what flexingtonsteele  is spewing.  Your bigger size will help you.  and you can be bigger and still shredded.  Best of luck!

Nasser looks like a baked potato with veins. I'm absolutely repulsed by his physique ... and you hero-worshippers. On the other side of things however ... Moe DOES need to lay off the insulin. Bodybuilding is about making improvements ... the bodybuilders that are the most sucesssful ( ala Shawn Ray, Dexter Jackson, etc. ) are the ones that improve slowly ( patiently ) over time. Btw, is anyone glad to see me back ?  ;)
