It took me nearly 5 years before this reality is really hitting me hard now. Now I don't really know how to get out of this. There is probably no easy way out, only very messy traumatic ways.

I stopped drinking alcohol about a year ago, maybe this is the reason I now realize it was a mistake to marry.

my aunt has 2 married friends and one of them told her that she hasn't had sex with her husband in over 3 years and the other told her they hadn't had sex in over 8 years

so it seems your stats are correct

supposedly romantic love lasts 2 years max and in a shorter time frame if the love birds are together all the time, the less often they are together the longer it lasts

imho men are much more romantic than women ie. who writes all the beautiful love songs and poems? men do, women love thier own children much more than they love thier man in general

I have no advice on that. Other than younger is generally better ofc.

My only advice is if you have no pre-nup want to divorce and alot of assets,, then you have to liquidify all your assets and put them in bitcoin/physical gold or something that can't be linked to you, after that go ahead.

from financial point of view, all is secured, that's fortunately not the issue, it's just the practical point how can you get out of a marriage because you think the woman is too old after all, without all hell breaking loose. seems pretty unrealistic
