Thanks guys!

Actually, I've thought about it before.  I think I have a good idea too: there's a killing to be made by opening a fast-food style restaurant targeting "fitness" people.  On the menu, list calories and ratio of calories / protein.  Try to keep the ratio for all meals under 10, and at least like 50 g protein per entree.

To give an idea, a plain boneless, skinless chicken breast's cal / protein ratio is about 5.  A ratio around 10 is the sweet spot, IMO, where you can make delicious meals that anyone would probably find acceptable, short of a dude on contest prep.

McDonalds only has like five items under 10 on their entire menu.  Most are 15+.

I've come to the conclusion you're a pansy/ closeted homo who appears to be on welfare.

carry on.

Kitchen and half the house is undergoing a remodel.  I take pictures of my food because its my hobby.

As for 'trolling' you, I barely respond to you.

Hope this helps.

Steak, fried chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and a big salad (courtesy of "Military Appreciation Monday" at Golden Corral).

Prior to that, more chicken and mixed veggies.

That's just regular food. Shakes not included.
