Platz said that heavy lifting put on size but after he concluded that he had just enough size, that for detail and cuts he did 1 Set of Squats 20-30 @315, then 3 sets of 20 reps for Hack, 3 sets of 20 to 25 on Leg Ext, and finished with 3 sets of 20 to 30 on Leg curls.....
