I REALLY appreciate the time you guys took to reply to my thread! I went to a sports doctor in a private clinic. They were actually 2, the official doctor and his student. They played around with my legs bringing them in different angles trying to find a source of pain but they couldn't. They even made me do squats, lunges, and one leg box jumps (all bodyweight). They told me that it might have been a tendon that rubbed on something or if i am worried that the injury might appear with a more violent weight, to ease down on the weights. Asked them whether i need XRays/MRIs, they said no. I was still worried as i need facts and proof that my knee is ok. However, i went to do back the next day, and i managed to do bent over barbell rows, deadlifts, and ither exercies that put stress on the knees. Following day i did legs; lying leg curls, seated leg curls, leg extensions, lunges, and SLDL. I decided to skip squats and heavy presses because my knee felt sort of unstable and rusty. To be honest, all my joints crack alot which i am use to. But i am just worried that in general i have bad joints or maybe just calcification or I'm overreacting.
