We had 300 lb. DB's at the gym here and anyone who could put one back on the DB rack got a free one year membership. Those are huge.  You could use them for the "farmers walk" if you promote a strongman competition.  YOu should get Ronnie or some other strong BB orpowerlifter to come to your Grand Opening and see if they can maybe row one.  A deadlift competition with both would be cool.  No straps allowed.  That would be awesome

Yes it was at the gym I am talking about.  Several guys have done rows with the 300's at this gym.  Ronnie did 12 reps I think.  I think doing a two handed overhead triceps extension would be cool too

wow 12 reps with the 300s is very impressive..ronnie can easily get 5-6 reps withe 375s.it is possible
