Here's a pic of one of our powerlifters rowing the 375s.. Just to show that these dumbbells aren't just gonna sit there and collect dust..

the angle is also questionable... oone thing to row those things... another to hold it at that angle with ur wrist?... maybe the screen cap caught it at the top of a swing... however this may also mean that the guy just swung it up,...

the real question is, assuming this is a screen cap, which is what it looks like to me,,,,,, y not post the video?... or at least a full shot

Yeah, it was taken with a cell phone.. We had a few other members get a video on their phone.. Trust me, just getting these off the ground is crazy..  Nobody has got these for a full rep yet..

u can make your new dumbbells out of depleted uranium. they are 2.4 times heavier than iron, so u can cut down the size of the dumbbells but still maintain the weight.
