TA, I have no reason to doubt you but I look around most gym and I see the
1. these huges guys pushing tons of weight but are 7 months pregnant, they refuse to do any cardio
2. the skinny runt doing even more cardio
3. a few guys that have it figured out, good size and BF under 11%, and they do cardio
I am guessing that if your BF is under 11 you probably don't need to do cardio to keep the fat off. Just pop an ECA stack while lifting
