Title: Anyone else get fat over Thanksgiving week?

Fuck I just weighed myself and gained 5 lbs.!  Im sure a lot of water because I ate a shit load of carbs over the week, but damn.  Oh well who cares, the pecan pie was so fucking worth it.

Anyone else do this over thanksgiving week?

I did 4 hours of lunges around the parking lot of my closed gym holding eight frozen turkeys on Thanksgiving.

one thing i gotta say i had a killer chest workout today . must of been the unknowing carb loading ive been doing since thursday

Usually when I eat more I gain weight.
