Title: Teen fatally stabbed over piece of fried chicken. (GTR?)

Family members identified the victim as Ernest Hart Jr. They told NBC4's Pat Collins a 24-year-old man stabbed Hart in the neck after getting into an argument with him over a piece of chicken at a cookout attended by 10-20 people.
