Join a gym and work on the Big Three for awhile. At 345, I could see you benching, squatting and pulling insane weights in pretty short order.
And that's pretty much all you'd have to do. Bench Monday, Squat Wednesday, and Deadlift Friday, adding accessories as you can handle them.
I want to see you benching 450-500, squatting 600+ and deadlifting at least that.
(Aside: of course, I'd also like to see you do a proper cycle with a decent training plan; you'd truly amaze yourself and all of your hoes, my good man!)
