Luke once you get top 3 at Aussie show 07 will you go all out for the Olympia.I know you will qualify this year, but all good sometimes has bad if for some reason you don't qualify and you feel ripped off.Will he sacrifice your health for a bigger load 2008??.The later question won't happen you will qualify in Oz.

I will never sacifice health!!! i love bodybuilding with a passion but there is life after as well. Marrige, kids, the big house and getting old that is very important also.  I think i will have enough size next year to qualify.  I  mean 265lbs at 5'11 will not need more size just exposure!

I got them from Milos's board. Its great to see the improvements Luke is making and doing Australia proud!! Look like an awsome gym!!!

His chest has improved. Its a good gym $10 for a workout. My first workout there was about 20 years ago, when there was bearly a  ;D universal multi gym there.

We know you look great in the side chests and most muscular variations but show us a front double bicep and some other poses...

yep , luke looks great in the pics..and obviously has improved....but front double bi sorts everyone out....you cant hide anything except a weak back in it.

but, everyone except dexter j looks crap doing it so luke wont suffer greatly.

ronnie and cutler are the king of the front double bis but their lats are the key to their dominance in this pose...

Luke doesn't perform the front double bicep very well but his main problem is his high lat insertion...

i wouldnt....dex's is better for a bunch of reasons...thanks for posting a crap pic of him  to illustrate the point....to claim cc destroys dex in that pose blows your cred out of the water.
