True - he's got a rather strange look going on - his face is a bloated mess (like his mother's) but his forearms are ripped to shreds. I imagine the rest of him is a mish-mash of the two.

While he looks to have "small pecs" in that shot, the original comment of "pecs minor" I think was not referring to overall size of the Terry's pectorals, but more so that he's lacking in an upper chest- the pectoral minor hence the name/quote called out.

He was also in "Longest Yard" with Adam Sandler, as "Cheeseburger Eddie" or something, as well as starring in "Everybody Hates Chris" about Chris Rocks childhood, alongside Tichina Arnold.
