Darren keeps excellent condition even off season, and in the few weeks he'd been following the above plan, he hadn't gained any weight. I therefore felt there was considerable room to increase his portions, particularly of starchy carb foods. This is his current regimen (as per 13/01/09):

Tuesday 13th January 2009

Wake 5.30am 5g L-glutamine

Yes and it somehow leaves out the buckets of test, deca, winstrol, tren, equipoise, anavar, anadrol, dianabol, GH, IGF, MGF, insulin, etc..  :P

He was about 287lbs in that vid ans is still 7 weeks out from the british.  Total monster!

stomach doesnt distend that much with simple anabolics. usually growth hormone are the culprit, and IGF-1 is even more likely to do that.

if you disagree look at every other pro bodybuilder with a gut.
they don't all have one, but notice the ones that "get big fast". notice how they all have huge guts that weren't there before.
Gustavo, Kai is starting too, DJ few years back etc. list is VERY long...and it's all with guys who made big leaps in size.
what do you think did it???
it's not the oatmeal and egg-whites that do that.

 bodybuilders competing for more than 10 years in their mid to late 30s getting guts from trying to get too big too fast...
