damn, he has insane genetics. For his age, he looks great. I mean, look at all the current pros that look like shit.

If you watch lees training videos, he always trained smart (I assume he trained like this off the camera as well). Full ROM, controlled movement. basically he didnt lift with his ego.

Then look at branch who trains like a moron and has a disgusting, broken down physique.

Then again when was the last time lee competed compared to branch and others? He's been resting up almost as long as levrone from competitive bbing, that def has something to do with him not "worn" out

But still, training the way he does definitely has something to do with how he looks now. Lee is no spring chicken and has been competing since 15. I bet he will still look great at 50 because he has always trained smart.
