I think I will buy some Kava. Been having a lot of anxiety and I'm not interested in pharmaceutical drugs.

Does both the tea and pills work?

i biught some powder from amazon once and just mixed it with almond milk and drank it. i really didnt notice much at all unfortunately

 2017 was a stressful year. Now Foods Kava helped me quite a bit.
