yes i do know what that means. u looked fantastic at the olympia but a little better in the pic that was taken at 12 days out. it would have been much closer between u and arnold had u come in that condition. have u seen the contest coverage of the 1975 olympia? what did u think of ur performance?

seriously, he seems to have good potential and i hope he continues to listen to serge and not play the size game.

8kg (17.6lbs) of quality size would make a big impact.

Now that he is training with you Mr Nubret, I have no doubt his arms will explode with size. Mine did. I added over 3 inches to my arms in 18 months. More size than I had added in all my previous years of training.

It was not bad, but if I had my prior condition of 1é days before that should be anther story.

I mean how the muscles look, for example you can have a proportioned body and big muscle but these muscle dont have a nice overall look.

Before you. I had no idea they could take that much work. Like legs and calves, arms can take almost daily pounding. In fact I remember reading that Albert Beccles trained his biceps 5-6 days a week!

Eveen on chest??!! He must be working hard!! He looks great. I agree re the Triceps, but aprt from that, he looks like he just needs overall thickness. His legs look great from what we can see on that pic.

unfortunately for some, that is genetic. u were very lucky not to have that problem.

serge, can u please tell us about ur role as vice-president of ifbb europe in 1970-1975? what jobs did that entail?
