i was just talking about people that say you shouldnt worry about the small/nonviolent dealer,, which we dont but sometimes they have to take a hit.. i laugh at the war on drugs too,, arrest the same people over and over for the same shit, the cycle never ends, but at the same time how do you allow these drugs to circulate the streets when it basically shuts down neighborhoods? theres a reason why theres ghettos- cuz their full of drugs, their businesses shut down, the schools suck..... because people dont want to do anything but lay around and get high

He prolly was because as the owner of a gym, you are required to have the gym bonded in case something like this happens.  You pay a shit load of premium for it and unless you close down you will never see a return.  My guess is that he was trying to recover some of his funds.  Hell I bet his lawyer told him to do it.  The minute he turns the lights out in that place, every member on his manifest should get a prorated return on the membership. 

At least that is how it works in FL, If it's different in NY then he is a scumbag.
