Anybody ever hear of this ?

My thumb is a mess.............locks up on me and I have to pull it with my other hand to unlock the joint.

Very painful........I see the doc on the 13th. may need surgery.

Just when I was gonna start back training again.

If it aint one thing,it`s another.

Talked to a woman who told me her husband had to have 3 operations........FUCK THAT!!!

Bit of a rehab, but I made a full recovery and my strength finally came back

I had it for 2 years before I was able to get surgeries.. During that time, 70% loss of feeling, massive weakness due to the inflammation, and insane pain at times. Pm me if you have any questions Wes.

Ever use something like this?  It's cheap enough to give it a shot.  Everything in weightlifting is squeezing your hand together. You need to balance that with extensors.

Never seen those before.....looks like a cheaper version of the old Weider Karate Krusher !
