looking through old pms he ate alot of coconut , bad idea to load up on saturated fat it doesnt matter if its mct or goes strait to liver then converted bad idea folks. He had a doctor but that fat is no good he said his a1c shot up higher with smoothies i dont know if he was correct in the causation, likely whatever meds the doctor haad him on 'if any'.
