nothing would have changed, of course. the only way your going to lose muscle is eating wya less protein than that. and being a natural, your not going to notice a slow in your pace of growth from day to day... but come 4-6 months down the road when you havent more than a few ounces...and normally you would have put on a few pounds...ten you goingg t ask why your growth slowed down?? yeah buddy
I've been training close to 14 years, first 4 clean, then 4 juiced, now clean.
At this point, all i am training for is better quality/maturity/separation, i am not going to gain any significant muscle.
If your body isn't using the protein and you can feel it is making you sluggish you should still eat it? If your liver ALT/AST tests are elevated do you think your body is using the extra protein or putting it under uneedy stress?
