I`ve known John from online for over twenty years online ever since the old Iron Age forums....you can dispute his natty claims he could care less.... great guy...used to send me a X-Mas card every year.
His show takes you back with in depth super stars of yesteryear when bodybuilding was bodybuilding.
If you haven`t watch it what a re you waiting for.
The only other podcast I watch is John Meadows................. ..RIP to another great person IMO....RIP brother.

John is a good interviewr but also very respectful. Its funny when some of the guys can't quite remember what they're talking about or they're blatantly bullshitting. John remains respectful, doesn't feel the need to point out that they're wrong but he'll splice in these old videos that shows how it really played out.. if that makes sense. He always keeps it entertaining and doesn't pick sides.
He allows the guest to go on and tell their stories. His interviews of Coe, Callender, Padilla were really good. His interviews of DeMey and Mike Quinn were also very entertaining.
His podcasts are gold.
