sparkling wine question

hi guy, am here after a long time for ur help..
now i am wondering is it OK to ve SPARKLING WINE(THE 1 WICH IS YELLOW IN COLOR AND WITH FIZZ)like say a 375ml bottle 1-2 times a week.??????


and,
what should 1 do before and after he drinks...

besides opening the bottle? No. Be sure to keep it low though. And don't drink it in public, even if you are gay.  ;)
