How often do women get them in the States?

I mean if you look at amateur sites it seems that every second girl has a set of fake tits?

Is it fairly inexpensive to get over there?

I mean I'm from South Africa and its very rare to see a girl with fake tits. In the States it seems like the majority of women have them?

Yes, many MANY fake boobs here...   Now, they're adding tramp stamps and other dumb ass tattoos with orange spray on tans.    Reminds me of the Stepford Wives movie.

Figures Americans are the highest percentage to have fake tits.  I'm American, but hate Americans more than most foreign people would...stupid Americans. :D
Fake tits are the epitome of trash.  When you can walk in a store and buy something, there is nothing beautiful about it.  It's great you want to improve your appearance, but much like juicers pretend to be better than the next guy, implants are more of the same.
