Best price near me Grade AA Eggs $3.99/dozen up from $3.49 previous week.

ALDI last week was $5.03/dozen for just basic eggs.
what else do you eat?

Non-starch vegetables (green like broccoli)
Berries (but sparingly)
Cheese, cream
Nuts, seeds
Butter, healthy oils (coconut, extra virgin olive oil)
Cook with lard or tallow

Foods not to eat:
Juices
Coffee creamers even sugarless ones. Use halfnhalf or heavy cream
Milk (too many carbs)
Artificial sweeteners (except for stevia or those that do not affect insulin response)
Fruit
Flour products and foods made with flour like bread and pasta
Grains (rice, wheat, cereals, oatmeal, etc.)
Processed foods
Sugars
Low fat foods
Seed oils (canola, corn, vegetable, soy, rapeseed, etc)
