I am not denying I looked worse contest day than I may look on any other day of the year. However, I was still good enough for the win and that is good enough for now. I even remember thinking going in I need to be better a week out because I will lose something travelling yo yoing my weight and running around doing a show.

220lbs as of today on the beach my calves look alright to me. Did anyone else go outside today or did you guys just spend all day hating on me? It is supposed to be 75 here this afternoon. Life is good.
