at last year's grand prix. for all the ruhl haters, this was just last year. jay should have placed 3rd, 1st could have gone to either ronnie or ruhl

From the vid, Rhul does look to be more crisp, defined in the quads and lower back. Jays. Upperback looked better , but Marcus' Xmas tree on the setup for that pose looked awesome.
All competitors had awesome guts from the side, kind of hard to say who won there but DJ's looked big. ;D The lighting for that show (at least of Vid) did not favor Ronnie and his left lat looked really bad as did his left tricep. :-\

yes i would want to look like jay cutler or ruhl not ronnie though.
why? because i like it. its fun. i like the way the proportions are its cool to hit the poses. makes me happy? i dont know what you are asking for.

Seriously though...dont you think there would be any downsides to looking that way? health issues, cost of food/drugs, the all consuming nature of the training/eating, the inability to buy clothes, the fact that to most "normal" people in the "offseason" you would appear to be a big fat guy etc etc?

Hey Mike, Awesome video!!! Markus is truly one of the great guy's in the sport. I've had the opprotunity of working with him in the past and have become good friends. He will be retiring within the next 2 to 3 years from what he's told me.

I've said here lots of times, that Rhul deserves to win the O... He personifies true bbing. Cutler looks like a little boy, both training and posing, compared to Markus...

Ruhl looked awesome in that show. his pec looks better this year, but his conditioning at the Santa Susanna was pretty bad. He will improve for the O, but he wont be much of a threat to the top 10 :(

I didn't call myself a "expert", you did. ::) "Worked" well I've ran NPC shows over the past 10 years and also helped other promoters book Markus and other top pro's to guest pose at their events, so does that make me an "expert"? No I don't think so, nor would I want to be called an "expert". And as far as "friends" yes I can call on Markus for anything at anytime. So Mezo_z if you consider yourself an "Expert" in the sport, who have you "worked" with and who's numbers are on your cell's contact list?
