Ok I know I'm going to take criticism for making this my first cycle in years, but I'm going to do it anyway so if you have something to share that could help me I really appreciate it, but if you don't and just wanna tell me I am stupid for making this my first cycle in years, save it for another post.

Some of your timing and dosages were off.

I fixed everything.....

I still think you should go 200/500 on the Deca/Sustanon, but that's your choice.

D-bol is run for four weeks, not six.

I already told you that......

This is the last time I will make any changes on this cycle.

I've already told you once what to do.

first of all; he is new to running harsh compounds like d-bol....

Second, he IS taking test 2 weeks longer than Deca... actually 4 weeks longer if you look at the duration of his test prop usage.

Third: come on man, why are you telling new guys to take more juice if they arent throwing up heavy weight? You want them to fry themselves on the first cycle?

what would this cycle you are discussing look like with GH and 'slin thrown in (how much of each and at what point in the cycle?) and extended for 24 weeks?

the cycle is good. everything you here is recommendations,no matter what you take or how you take it,your gonna get big.I don't care if your a newbie or a expert. as long as you inject and bust your ass you'll get what you want.

I'd stick with 250 iu's every 4-5 days on the HCG.

In this range, cellular apoptosis will not occur and also this dose won't be creating an environment too high in testicular aromatase.

Testicular necrosis is far worse.

Use the HCG sparingly.

Why so many compounds man? I would have ran a 6 week cycle of prop instead and get the same gains....

It's not the matter of "can" when using the D-bol for 6 weeks.

But why would he?

He's a newbie and four weeks is enough for a newbie on that type of cycle.

He doesn't need it.

HCG is supposed to be e5d, a-dex would be better eod...so some wks you're taking it 4xwk.

Test-e or sust either is fine, just pick one and stick with it, don't be one of those that thinks they need both at the same time.
