Title: MET RX WORLD STRONGMAN UPDATE

I just got done watching the fingal fingers. Dave Ostlund was tied for the lead coming in to the event with another Amercan (but i cant remeber his name, he is relatively new. it might be poundstone or bergman). Pfister was in 3rd and Mariuz was in 4th.

After the fingers the standings should be ostlund first and pfister 2nd (very close).  Mariuz is still around the 4th or 5th spot.  I think pfister won the fingers with ostlund finishing second. i didnt hear ostlunds time thats why i dont know.

tomorrow is the car deadlift and overhead press. sunday will be the plane pull and atlas stones.

those fingers are insanely brutal, that shit makes me hurt just watching it.
