Kovacs was NEVER 440 pounds. The biggest I have seen him is about 385 in pretty tight shape. But he was cramping with even the slightest flexing. This was the mid-'90s. I heard from many he hit over 400 at one point.

people exagerate like in everything in life, but make no mistake Kovacks was the biggest ever, don't exactly know how heavy he was at his heaviest but at the musclemag supplement store in mississauga in 2000 he weighed in 415 right in front of everyone and wasn't fat so,....
