He never had a 13 yr lay off, maybe from the stage but he's been training for 6-7 years consistently, his levrone report blog started in 09 he was keeping in shape and was working out

I would call it a lay off I followed his blog for years he would train for a few months says he is thinking about coming back then he would disappear and show up over a year later looking out of shape.

My point is he stayed in good shape, he was doing 405 bench press challenges, 500 pound squats and I've seen him off and on during those years, not Olympia big, but better shape and size then 99 percent gym rats still

dex really was not impressed with kevs 6 month transform'said if it was 3 yrs then we would be talking'in dex's defense he still is in prime shape/thickness/fullness top to bottom 'kev is not there'compared to him

kev was having fun but he called anybody out for a posedown like it was 1998..i hope with color/water cut/carbs he gets drier/fuller and his physique looks a bit better than here,,

Amazing what Kevin did but he won't be in the top 10. Still haven't seen his legs, they won't be up to par with his upper body. Ced looks smallish he better fill out for prejudging, or he will be out of the top 6 for sure.

Kev looks amazing. Crisp is the right word, more vascular and dry than Cedric. Obviously a bit smaller but I like his set up. This body looks like a 20 something in this shot
