I cant find the pic but it was a advertisement for anabolic halo from muscle tech and jay cutler was on it with his  
 arms spread out and ever since that day I wanted to look exactly like that.

I think that was like 2 years ago so i was 16

so two years of eating alot, working out hard and 80 pounds later I say i'm not doing to bad

Honestly, for me it was this one:



It was in a 95 edition of Muscular Development, just a two page spread on the 95 NOC.  It was a friend's magazine that I was flipping through and I did not even work out at the time.  I read the two page article about his win, it had some info about his training and diet and was speculating that he could be Mr. Olympia really soon and the writer felt he had a better chance than Ray, Levrone, Francois and named a few others - keep in mind the writer made this prediction before Nasser started placing high in the Olympia.  I bought the issue myself as well but somewhere in between moving a few times since then I've lost all my old muscle mags, but do recall that there was a Monica Brant pictoral in the same issue  After reading the short article on NASSER, I started working out and getting Flex magazines from time to time and following Nasser's career

I remember the exact issue... I was getting ready for a show and before training I would look at Nasser shots from NOC 95 Show( at that time he was on top of the world and his physique was simply outstanding)

melvin anthony was on the cover of the MD i saw this photo series in... branch has football pads underneath his skin... or so i thought it looked like that when i first saw this...   the day i saw this picture i started working out, havent stopped since..

Not a famous pic, just my little brother! Dumb fuck was 15 here when his guns broke 16". They were seriously 11" or 12" before he started working out. He hid his guns and stopped skateboarding as much because he knew it was catabolic. Wore long sleeves too because he didn't like the attention either.

We were poor as fuck so he used no supps, no protein and could never afford going to the gym. Just some of those cement filled weights my uncle gave us. I found some MuscleMags, MD and Flex mags that a friend's older brother gave him. I couldn't believe how jacked my little bro was getting. We seriously had no food and were embarrassingly broke, couldn't afford food or clothing at the time. People accused him of juicing but he never has, too scared of needles and couldn't afford pills.


He just had a baby girl a few months ago but I convinced him to join my gym. Going to motivate him to not train like such a pussy and maybe even juice. He almost fainted when I injected in front of him lol
