try rotating them to start your leg day sometimes its great to keep your muscles guessing, well that and asking them trivia between sets..
i'm actually gonna go back to my ooooold program..from when i started training at 15...
day 1..legs...emphasis squats...
a) regular shoulder width squats
b) pause squats
c) hacks (minimal sets)
d) romanian deads
e) leg presses (minimal sets)
sometimes instead of hacks i'll do leg curls
day 2
calves....chest..shoulde

deads....back...calves..
.uuugh...abs
day 4
arms..calves...nice easy workout
