i'm actually gonna go back to my ooooold program..from when i started training at 15...

day 1..legs...emphasis squats...
a) regular shoulder width squats
b) pause squats
c) hacks (minimal sets)
d) romanian deads
e) leg presses (minimal sets)

sometimes instead of hacks i'll do leg curls

day 2
calves....chest..shoulde rs

day 3
deads....back...calves.. .uuugh...abs

day 4
arms..calves...nice easy workout

lol stells...i've done that also...actualy my gym is in a mall (beltway plaza mall in greenbelt..for always) so may times i've gotton there to train in the past and instead rented a movie and gotton a bottle of wine and gone back home...i'm planning on training again today!
