Anyone take glucosamine,chrondotin and MSM supp?

Is it worth it? Ive got all sorts of aches and pains and wonder if this stuff would so anything?

Yes I take Glucosamine/Chrondotin...
 
It helps aching joints, just need to take it consistently for a few weeks before you actually feel it kicking in!

I found the best things for my joints has been taking fish oil daily.  The other shit was useless.

buy joint supplement for horses. no joke. dunno if it's the same in the US but it's alot cheaper than the supp stores overpriced crap..

I bought a bucket 3kilos or so with glukosamin/msm 50/50mix really cheap from a vet store.

and no I'm not sure if it works but I take it anyways because of how cheap I can get it.
