thats not just flat... look at the other two videos... there is a dramatic difference in the size of his legs, chest, etc. 

i will mention his waist looks much much better,  but his overall mass is down a lot.

If my Memory serves me correct, Ruhl had wanted to present a more REFINED, smaller package this year with the hopes that he would be able to come in more conditioned. Anyone know ?

I watched this clip of markus ruhl this evening and was kinda shocked.   he looks much much smaller than his previous years...(the announcers says his weight is 278 or something, but i doubt that, b/c in another video he is 280 and looks waaaay bigger)

maybe ruhl has a plan...like reducing the gut, which it looks like he has done a pretty good job on, and then trying to regain his size without the stomach. 

ive been a big fan of ruhl, so whatever he does, i hope he ends up doing well.

I heard that for this years O, he was going to come in at over 290lbs. He said this at the start of the year though, so maybe hes decided to go the smaller, more streamlined route. Personally, i think Ruhl will come in the biggest we have ever seen him.

In last months MD he said that he only took like 6-8 weeks to diet for the Arnold and he lost a shit load of size and came in totally flat.
