This is my new background on my computer!!! Ted Arcidi 650 pound RAW bench press at 275 pounds bodyweight. This is all the motivation I need to drop the BW and do 655 to break a 25 yr old record.

Kind of like that scene in "Johnny Be Good" where the coach has that speech and tells the team to get "a mean on" and then as them team is running out of the locker, he punches the water cooler so hard it friggin shatters, I love that scene it's so over-the-top but it does do the trick I must admit.
